Hey everyone. Thanks to everyone who volunteered to help out.

This is the timetable I have put together; attempting to balance the male and female helpers on at each shift and satisfy everyone’s requests. If you are going to swap with someone - please at least try to keep the gender balance - so girls swap with girls and guys with guys… thanks. It *should* satisfy everyone’s requests. If you’re not on this… I apologise… there were 54 volunteers at last count. If I have missed you - please give me a message; my phone number is in the MLTU thread linking here.

Interview Helpers Timetable

Assuming a timetable of 9 to 5, the “morning” shift should go from 9 to 1 (yes i know 1 isn’t morning) and the “afternoon” should go from 1 to 5 (1 to 5 is afternoon though :P).

Also please note that because more interview times needed to be made, interviews start on the 29th not the 30th.

Tasks required on the interview day will involve (but will not be limited to):

talking with and entertaining candidates pre-interview
bringing the candidates to the rooms
talking with candidates post-interview (and possibly getting them to do a survey.)
